What counts as one search?

One submitted, normalized SKU lookup counts as one search credit. In bulk uploads, duplicate rows for the same normalized SKU should not consume extra credits.

Fair-use protection

Daily caps stop one account from overwhelming the live scraping engine even when the monthly allowance is still available.

Subscription access

If billing enforcement is enabled for your environment, an active subscription is required before the live search workspace opens.

Plan changes and billing

Stripe checkout activates access, and the customer portal handles card updates, plan changes, and cancel-at-period-end billing management.
